Stoneridge Energy Partners was created to help food, beverage and agriculture industries meet the decarbonization and electrification compliance mandates issued by the California Energy Commission (CEC) in 2019.

The CEC mandates that 100% of the state’s energy comes from renewable and zero-carbon sources by December 31, 2045.

In 2020, it became clear that navigating the decarbonization and electrification process and realizing its benefits would require a network of experts that could help business owners with compliance while saving money and doing their part to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. By the end of 2020, a team of energy, technology, environmental and business professionals was assembled by Cecila Jackson to do just that.

Stoneridge Energy Partners’ founder, Cecila Jackson, MBA, has been a LEED Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design and Construction since 2013; an Environmental Protection Agency’s Energy Star Partner and a Service and Product Provider (SPP) since 2014; and a California general contractor since 1991 (B633701). She has a deep interest in building sustainable and resilient plants and communities by integrating science, technology, integrity and beauty. Cecila also has over four decades of experience as a land developer.
